Applicant privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you submit when you apply for a role at Cravanto.

1. Who is responsible

Pulstar Media LLC is the controller responsible for this careers page and your application. Cravanto is Pulstar Media LLC's operating brand.

2. What we collect

• About you: name, email address, optional WhatsApp or Telegram contact, country and time zone.
• Your work: links to videos you edited, video files you upload, your description of your role in them, the tools you use and how you use AI.
• Availability and rate: hours per day, earliest start date, expected monthly rate and whether you work for other clients.
• Application details: the answer to the check question from the job post, your confirmation of this notice, the channel you came from (for example the job board) and the time of submission.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and security logs created by our hosting and anti-spam service.

Please do not upload identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information. We do not ask for them at this stage. Only upload videos you are allowed to share with us.

3. Why we use it

• to review your application and decide whether to invite you to the next steps (for example a short test or a call);
• to contact you about your application;
• to compare which job boards work best for us (in aggregate);
• to protect the form against spam and abuse and to keep a record of your confirmation.

Depending on the law that applies to you, we rely on the steps you request before a possible contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running a fair and secure hiring process. You can withdraw your consent for future processing at any time.

4. Who receives it

Only authorized members of our team who handle hiring can see your application. We use these service providers:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, file storage for uploaded videos and spam protection.
• Telegram — a short internal notice about a new application (name, country, rate, tools, channel) goes to our hiring account.
• Fontshare — delivers the fonts on this page; the request can expose routine connection data such as your IP address.

We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

5. International processing

Pulstar Media LLC is based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. These countries may have different privacy laws than yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent and on contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

If your application does not lead to a working relationship, we delete or anonymize it — including uploaded videos — within six months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must keep it longer for legal reasons. If we work together, the information we need is moved into the records for that relationship. Backups and security logs are cleared on their own short cycles.

7. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email info@cravanto.com from the address you applied with and include your reference (for example ED-0001). You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to apply.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
